Synopsis - As Wesley takes his Starfleet entrance exam, an old friend of Picard's comes on board and has one of his men conduct a very extensive and thorough inspection. It turns out they want to promote Picard to Admiral and make him Commandant of Starfleet Academy (for reasons which will be seen in #125 "Conspiracy").
