Synopsis - While waiting for Picard to return from a briefing, Data investigates a capsule from the late 1990s, where he discovers three humans in cryogenic stasis. These people however were apparently frozen after they died. Upon Picard's return, the ship is sent to investigate the destruction of bases along the Romulan Neutral Zone (to find out who destroyed the bases, check out #142 "Q Who".
