Synopsis - The Enterprise is given three days to remove a Federation colony from Tau Cygma V, a colony the Federation had forgotten about, on a world that should not be able to support human life. Due to atmospheric conditions the transporters are unable to function forcing Data to go down by shuttle. Where upon arrival, he discovers a colony of over 15 000, unwilling to leave.
