Synopsis - The Enterprise is sent to recover two Federation officers being held captive on Turkana IV, homeworld to the late Tasha Yar. There they find the world has now been divided into two factions: the Alliance and the Coalition. With the Coalition they find Tasha's unknown sister, Ishara Yar.
