Synopsis - On an away team mission to help colonists settle in on their new world, the Crystalline entity, previously encountered by the Enterprise with Lore, attacks the colony, killing an old friend of Riker's. Starfleet sends a scientist, whose son died in the first recorded attack on Data's homeworld, who accuses Data of collaborating with the entity.
