Synopsis - Riker's first commander comes on board to oversee a mission to recover the Pegasus, the first ship Will served on, before the Romulans can get their hands on the Federation technology it contained. But twelve years ago, just before in it appeared to blow up right before Will's eyes, there was a mutiny, concerning secret, illegal experiments they were conducting for a tactical advantage over the Romulans.
